Synopsis From the Academy Award-winning creators of 'Wallace and Gromit' comes a feature-length stop-motion adventure about a plucky group of chickens trying to fly the coop. Held captive on the Tweedy's Yorkshire farm, Ginger (voiced by Julia Sawalha) and her fellow chickens have long fantasized of escaping their prison and avoiding the impending slaughter. After several unsuccessful escape attempts, their fortunes improve when a cocky American rooster named Rocky (voiced by Mel Gibson) lands on the farm.
