Synopsis Rod Slater is the newly appointed general manager of the Sonderditch Mine, and unwilling pawn in a deadly conspiracy to manipulate the price of gold on the world market. An unscrupulous businessman aims to sabotage the mine by drilling into an underground lake and flooding it- even if it costs the lives of hundreds of innocent miners.
