SynopsisPhoenix, 32, was born and raised in the African Hebrew Israelite community, a fringe religious movement living in Israel. When he was 3, his father was expelled from the community. A close family friend took advantage of his loneliness and raped him. Phoenix lives in post-trauma, and uses sculpture and rap song writing to help overcome the trauma, but the road to healing is still very long.
