Synopsis The Spanish-American war has ended, and Rough Rider pals Roy Rogers, Rusty Coburnand Tommy Ward have become patrolmen on the Mexican border. When Tommy is gunned down in a saloon brawl by the notorious outlaw Arizona Jack Moray, Roy and Rusty are suspended from duty. Tracking the killer south of the border, they find Arizona Jack partnered with mining engineer George Lanning in a gold smuggling operation.
