Synopsis CJ Mason is the laid back owner of an underperforming used boat lot in Southern California. Feeling the pressure from his hyper critical father in law, CJ hires super salesman Johnny Cross to whip his rag tag stoner sales team into shape. As Johnny worms his way further and further into CJ's life, CJ realizes that his prized new hire is equal parts sales pro and con man. Sales are indeed up, but Johnny is abusing CJ's other employees and even some of his laid back neighbors. To make matters worse, money starts to go missing from the business, forcing CJ to choose between the quality of his life and the extra cash CJ is generating.
